Deodorization system:
The deodorization system mainly adopts the method of filling resin inside to remove pigments and impurities in the material.
The resin used is macroporous adsorption resin. Macroporous adsorbents, also known as macroreticular adsorbents, are high molecular polymers with a porous internal structure. Depending on the purpose of use and operation, macroporous adsorption resin has the functions of adsorption and concentration, separation and purification, decolorization and deodorization, desalination and softening, chemical analysis, and environmental protection.
Macroporous adsorption resin has a very large specific surface and can adsorb macromolecular organic matter from solution. Compared with activated carbon, its adsorption performance (mainly physical adsorption) is easy to regenerate and can be used repeatedly. The macroporous adsorption resin has a weak molecular adsorption force. As long as the hydrophilic and hydrophobic equilibrium conditions of the system are changed, the adsorption increase or desorption can be caused. It is mainly used for sewage treatment, decolorization of sugars, concentration, purification and separation of antibiotics, vitamins, enzymes, amino acids and polypeptides. It can also be used as chromatographic column packing and catalyst carrier.
