Dextrose cooking system:

Evaporation crystallizer (vacuum dextrose cooking pan) can be used for vacuum evaporation and crystallization of cane sugar, DAH, amino acid, xylitol, maltitol, isomaltitol, mannitol and citric acid (commonly known as dextrose cooking).

Working principle:

The working principle of vacuum evaporation crystallization is that during the crystallization process, through indirect heating by steam, the solvent water is continuously evaporated in a stable vacuum state, and the continuous reduction of the solvent keeps the solution in a supersaturated state, thereby precipitating crystals and promoting crystal growth.
