Deodorization system:
The deodorization system removes odors, colored substances, organic acids and other impurities in the material by filling the interior with deodorizing resin.
The deodorant resin adopts macroporous adsorption resin, which is a kind of polymer adsorbent without ion exchange group and with macroporous structure. Physical and chemical properties are stable, insoluble in acids, alkalis and organic solvents. It can concentrate and separate organic matter, and is not disturbed by inorganic salts, strong ions and low molecular compounds. Its adsorption performance is related to van der Waals forces or hydrogen bonds. At the same time, the network structure and high specific surface area make it have screening performance.
Application:
Continuous deodorization systems can be used in the production of glucose, maltose, maltodextrin, fructose and crystalline fructose, as well as in the food and pharmaceutical industries.
