Multi-effect tubular evaporator system:
The most commonly used multi-effect tubular evaporator system is the falling film evaporator.
The feed liquid of the falling film evaporator is added from the top of the evaporator, and descends in a film shape along the tube wall under the action of gravity, and evaporates and concentrates in the process, and the concentrated liquid is obtained at the bottom. Since the film-forming mechanism is different from that of the rising-film test evaporator, the falling-film test evaporator can evaporate materials with high concentration, high viscosity and heat sensitivity. However, due to the uneven distribution of the liquid film in the hall, the heat transfer coefficient is smaller than that of the rising film evaporator, so it is still not suitable for materials that are easy to crystallize or scale.
Plate type Evaporator System:
The evaporator shell is provided with a heating steam jacket, which is equipped with a rotatable blade, that is, a scraper. There are two types of scrapers: fixed type and rotor type. The gap between the former and the inner wall of the casing is 0.5-1.5mm, and the gap between the latter and the wall changes with the number of revolutions of the rotor. The feed liquid is added from the upper part of the evaporator along the tangential direction (also added to the throwing disc coaxial with the scraper). Due to the action of gravity, centrifugal force and rotating scraper, the solution forms a swirling film on the inner wall of the vessel, and is evaporated and concentrated in the process to complete the liquid discharge at the bottom. This type of evaporator is a single-pass type evaporator that uses external power to form a film. Its outstanding advantages are that it has strong adaptability to materials and a short residence time, usually a few seconds or tens of seconds, so it can be adapted to high viscosity ( Such as tannin extract, honey, etc.) and materials that are easy to crystallize, scale, and heat-sensitive. However, its structure is complex and power consumption is large, and each square meter of heat transfer surface needs about 1.5 to 3kW. In addition, the throughput is small and the manufacturing and installation requirements are high.
MVR Evaporator System:
MVR evaporator is different from ordinary single-effect falling-film or multi - effect falling-film evaporator . MVR is a single -effect falling-film evaporator , which integrates multiple-effect falling-film evaporators, and adopts staged evaporation according to the required product concentration. When the required concentration cannot be reached after passing through the effect body for the first time, the product will be pumped through the external pipeline of the effect body to the upper part of the effect body through the vacuum pump at the lower part of the effect body after leaving the effect body, and then pass through the effect body again through this repeated passage. to achieve the desired concentration.
application:
Multi-effect tubular evaporators are commonly used in the production of maltose, glucose, maltodextrin and fructose.
Plate type evaporators can be used in sugar industry, chemical industry, food industry and pharmaceutical industry.
MVR evaporators are usually used in the production of maltose and glucose, and can also be used in medicine, food and other fields.
