MVR evaporator is a new type of high efficiency and energy saving evaporation system, which is mainly used in the food and pharmaceutical industry. The equipment system uses low temp. and low pres. steam technology and clean energy to generate steam and separate the water from the media, which is an international advanced evaporation technology and an upgraded product to replace the traditional evaporator system.
MVR evaporator is different from the ordinary single-effect falling film or multi-effect falling film evaporator. MVR is a single evaporator, but integrated multi-effect evaporator. According to the different product concentration needed, adopt the sectional evaporation. When the product can’t achieve the required concentration after 1st time evaporation, the product at the bottom will be sent to the heating chamber again by the vacuum pump until reach the desired product concentration.
(1) No need raw steam, save energy.
(2) The process is simple and practical.
(3) Smooth operation and high automatic control.
(4) Because of common single effect, the product residence time is short and the efficiency is high.
(5) Due to low temp. evaporation, the product quality is good.
(6) Low operation cost, evaporation can be below 40℃ without refrigeration equipment, especially suitable for the heat sensitive materials.
(7) Our team has rich experience in design, technology support, installation & commissioning at site and perfect after-sales service.
(8) Customized services, turnkey project, etc. are available for different customers.
