High Quality Automatic Control Efficient VC Manufacturing Plant

VC Project Introduction
The verified sorbitol is delivered to the fermentation system. Two fermentations are required to produce KGA-Na solution. KGA enters a crystallization tank for cooling crystallization and centrifugal separation to create wet, pure KGA following filtration, desalination, and multistage concentration. After solid-liquid separation, it proceeds to an esterification and conversion tank for the reaction, where it produces wet VC-NA. After dissolving, desalination using a continuous ion exchange system, decolorization, and multistage concentration, the coarse VC enters the crystallization tank for cooling crystallization and centrifugation separation to get crude VC. After adding the crude VC solution to water and allowing it to dissolve, decolorize, filter, crystallize, separate, and dry, the certified VC product is achieved.
