VC Project Introduction
The fermentation system receives the certified sorbitol. KGA-Na solution is obtained after two fermentations. After filtration, desalination, and multistage concentration, KGA enters a crystallisation tank for cooling crystallisation and centrifugal separation to produce wet, pure KGA. From there, it enters an esterification and conversion tank for the reaction and, following solid-liquid separation, produces wet VC-NA. The coarse VC enters the crystallisation tank for cooling crystallisation and centrifugation separation to obtain crude VC after dissolving, desalination by the continuous ion exchange system, decolorization, and multistage concentration. The qualified VC product is obtained after the crude VC solution has been added to water and dissolved, decolorized, filtered, crystallised, separated, and dried.
