Cane Sugar Project Introduction
After crushing, iron removal, the qualified sugarcane enters the press, so that the sugar juice is pressed out from the sugarcane to extract the sugar inside. The mixed juice after pressing was screened and filtered bagasse bran by roller, then heated for sterilization and defoaming. The mixed juice goes into the heating, neutralization and precipitation section. The impurities and suspended solid particles are filtered. After concentrated by the evaporator and sulfur drift, get the clear syrup. Through centrifugal separation, the molasses is separated. The syrup crystal, through washing, dissolving and filtering, enters the continuous ion exchange system for desalting, decalcification, decolorization and deodorization treatment. Then, after crystallization, centrifugal separation and drying, the qualified cane sugar is obtained as the final product.
